1.1 These terms and conditions and user agreement ("the agreement") govern your use of and access to the website EcoDrop ("the website"), which is provided by the company ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the website, you agree to abide by and be bound by this agreement.

1.2 If you do not agree to this agreement, you may not use the website. By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have your guardian's permission to use the website.

Use of the Website

2.1 You may use the website for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 You may not use the website in a way that could harm the website, its content or services, or in a manner that infringes upon our rights or the rights of any other party.

2.3 You may not use the website to publish, transmit, or distribute material that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another person's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

2.4 You may not use the website to send unsolicited advertising or "spam", or to spread viruses or other harmful code.

Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and design rights related to the website, its content, and services are owned by us or our licensors.

3.2 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any of the content on the website without our express written permission.

4.1 To use certain parts of the website, it may be necessary to create a user account. You are responsible for protecting your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.2 You must immediately notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Limitation of Liability

5.1 The website is provided "as is" and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's operation, availability, content, services, or products.

5.2 To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of or the inability to use the website, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to the Agreement

6.1 We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time and without prior notice. By continuing to use the website after changes have been made, you agree to be bound by the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the revised agreement, you should stop using the website.

7.1 All information we collect about you is subject to our privacy policy. By using the website, you agree that your personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 This agreement and any disputes arising in connection with the agreement or the use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country.

8.2 The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes arising in connection with this agreement through negotiations. If the parties cannot reach an agreement within 30 days from the date one party informs the other party of the dispute, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of Sweden.

Miscellaneous

9.1 If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

9.2 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the website and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the use of the website.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND COMPLAINTS

RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

At eocdrop, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. The product should be sent back well packaged, and any protective plastic must not be removed. Remember that the product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it and returned together with the original packaging and any other accessories that were included.

When we have received your return request, we will email you a return shipping label within 48 hours.

The return cost (79 SEK) will be deducted from the credit of your repurchase.

Did you shop during a promotion or with a discount code? When your return is received, your order will be recalculated. If the requirements for the promotion or discount are not met, the discount will be deducted from your refund.

Unclaimed package:

For goods returned to us because the customer did not receive or pick up the goods, we charge 300 SEK. This is to cover the double freights (to you and then back) and our handling and unpacking of goods.

Exchange: We do not handle exchanges. If you wish to exchange one or more of your received items for another, it is treated as a normal Right of Withdrawal/Return. That is, you send back what you do not want, and we refund the money. The new items you wish to purchase are ordered as usual in our shop.

COMPLAIN ABOUT AN ITEM: Contact us and describe the defect of your item in an email to ahmed.nuur@ecodrop.se. If the defect is visible, we appreciate if you attach a picture of this so that we can more easily assess and address the issue.

We will respond within 24 hours on weekdays and tell you how we proceed to resolve your case.

PURCHASING INFORMATION ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING ON PURCHASES OVER 800 SEK We always offer free shipping on orders over 800 SEK. All orders are shipped with PostNord.

14 DAYS OPEN PURCHASE We always offer 14 days open purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days and exchange for other goods, or get your money back. This also applies to items included in our sale.

1-3 DAYS DELIVERY TIME We send all deliveries with PostNord. Your package is delivered to your nearest delivery point within 1-3 working days.

Purchase Terms

When ordering, an agreement of purchase is made when we at ecodrop have confirmed the order through an emailed order confirmation. The order confirmation is generated automatically by ecodrop’s database without manual review.

If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

To shop from ecodrop, you must be 18 years old or have your guardian's consent. By placing an order, you confirm the purchase and accept our purchase terms.

We reserve the right to cancel orders from individuals who have provided incorrect personal information and/or have payment remarks.

Fact and price information is given with reservation for typographical errors, suppliers' price increases, and inventory, possibly incorrectly stated technical specifications, etc., and for sold-out items. All prices are stated including VAT.

In case of inaccuracies in e.g., pricing, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards.

Prices and Payment

Prices include VAT at 25%.

In the shopping cart, you can see the total price for the goods including VAT.

Payment can be made with Klarna via card payment, invoice, installment payment, or via internet bank payment. No invoice fee is charged, but any reminder fees for non-payment apply according to Klarna's current terms. The terms apply as soon as the transaction has been registered.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act, as a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item without any special reason. This is provided that the product and the product packaging are in substantially unchanged condition, i.e., unused and not destroyed or damaged and in such a condition that it can be sold to a new customer without a price reduction. You may not use the item but, of course, carefully examine it. Ecodrop applies the Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act.

Right of withdrawal and open purchase 14 days do not apply to companies.

All returns must be sent back with the return shipping label that came with your order.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer against return shipping and handling cost.

Delivery Time

Normal delivery time for in-stock items is 1-3 working days.

Exceptions may occur during high order intake, then delivery time can be up to 7 working days.

Order items are sent as soon as they are in stock and may in some cases be sent separately.

No shipping cost is added for part deliveries that occur on our initiative.

Deliveries

All deliveries are made with PostNord.

Currently, unclaimed shipments are charged 300 SEK.

If you have not received your order, this must be reported within 2 months from the order date.

Shipping Options

All orders are sent with PostNord. The order is picked up at your nearest postal agent.

Shipping Cost

When shopping at ecodrop, you always have free shipping over 800 SEK and easy returns.

Delivery Delay

If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email if we are the cause of the delay. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We do everything to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, e.g., if our supplier cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Transport Risk

If a shipment is damaged during transport, a report should be made to the carrier, and compensation will thereafter be provided from there or from us.

Refund Obligation

Refunds are made to the Card/Account you paid with. If you have paid in another way, refunds are made primarily to a bank account and usually occur within 10 working days or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the return.

Warranty

ecodrop sells all products with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects according to the Consumer Sales Act. The warranty does not cover consumables.

You as a customer have a 3-year right to make a complaint.

Your warranty certificate is your order confirmation that you receive via email.

Promotions

In some cases, promotional products may be marked with a maximum of one (1) per customer. If this is not respected, we reserve the right to only send one item and not refund amounts less than 300 SEK.

Privacy and Security Personal Data

All pages where you provide personal information during purchase are secure pages (encrypted transmission). When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information such as name, address, and telephone number (Social Security Number for invoice payment). In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill our obligations to you. You also agree that we can use this information to send relevant offers and information to you from us and our partners via, among others but not exclusively, email and SMS. We also document communication that we have with you via email, to provide the service you expect from us.

ecodrop will not disclose your personal information to third parties. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed.

Dispute and Force Majeure

In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market actions, government decisions, missed deliveries from subcontractors, or similar events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen and affects entered agreements from ecodrop, such that ecodrop cannot fulfill said agreements, shall constitute grounds for ecodrop to be released from its obligations to fulfill said agreements.

Cookies are information sent from various sites and stored on your hard drive. They are used so that the sites can recognize their users when they return next time. With the help of cookies, we analyze our traffic to distinguish patterns in how the service is used. These analyses form the basis for the development of the service's content and design. ecodrop neither sells nor exchanges personal information about its users unless we have your express consent to do so. We simply use the information we collect to improve the service for our users. By using the website, you accept that we store information about you as a user.
